At House of Tabiki, we offer more than just rum. We bring together culture, passion, and craftsmanship in a unique shop and bar experience. To strengthen our team, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members who know how to welcome guests warmly and bring them into the story behind our rum.
Job Description
As a team member at House of Tabiki, you are the face of our shop and bar. You combine hospitality with storytelling and sales, ensuring that every visitor leaves with a great experience and the right bottle.
Available Positions
- Weekday team member (days to be discussed)
- Saturday team member (for our busy and lively weekends)
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and advising guests and customers
- Sharing the stories behind our rum (storytelling)
- Hosting and assisting with rum tastings
- Sales and customer-focused advice
- Ensuring the shop and bar are clean, organized, and well presented
What We Expect From You
- You are social, customer-friendly, and communicate with ease
- You have a commercial mindset and recognize opportunities
- You are available between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM (8-hour workday)
- Experience with rum is not required — motivation and eagerness to learn are essential
